What we hold
Your email and name; the workspace name and contact details you enter; your plan and invoices; a count of tool runs (which tool, how many files, clip length) used for Usage and plan limits; support tickets; and the technical logs needed to run the service.
What we do not hold
The pictures, video, audio and text you put into the tools. Every tool runs inside your browser; those files are never sent to us.
Why
To run your workspace, count usage against your plan, invoice you, answer support, and keep the service secure. Never for advertising, never sold.
Who else sees it
Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database hosting, United States), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (sign-in and receipt emails). Each holds only what its job needs.
Your rights
See, correct or delete your data any time: write to creatoritz@grandfieldmedia.com. Deleting your account removes your workspace and everything in it; invoices are kept as tax law requires.
