1. The service
Creatoritz (creatoritz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that gives you (“you”) browser-based tools for images, text, video and audio.
2. Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; what happens under your sign-in is yours.
3. Plans
Free, Starter and Pro are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay; GST is added where applicable.
4. Your content
Files processed in your browser never reach us and stay entirely yours.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no spam, no use that harms the service or other people. We may suspend accounts that break this.
6. Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Browser tools keep working offline once loaded.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
8. Law
Indian law; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
